"How much will my website cost?" is the first question almost every business owner asks — and the honest answer is it depends on what the website needs to do. This guide explains what drives the price, what our published packages include, and which costs are separate, so there are no surprises.
What decides the price of a website
Four things account for most of the difference between a small site and a large one:
- Number of pages. A 3–5 page site is quicker to plan, design and test than a 20-page one.
- Features. A contact form is simple. Online payments, user logins, booking systems or an admin panel add real development work.
- Design effort. A clean layout built from a proven structure costs less than a fully custom design with illustrations and animation.
- Content. If your text and photos are ready, the project moves faster. Writing content from scratch is extra work and is quoted separately.

Costs that sit outside the build
These are normal for every website, whoever builds it, so it's worth budgeting for them from day one:
- Domain name — your
yourbusiness.comaddress, renewed every year. - Hosting — the server your website lives on, usually paid yearly or monthly.
- Content writing and photography — if you need them created.
- Paid plugins, themes or services — only if your project needs them.
- Maintenance — security updates, backups and fixes after launch.
Tip: Ask any developer to list what is not included in their quote. A lower number that leaves out hosting, content or support can end up costing more.
How to get an accurate quote
The more we know, the more precise the quote. Before you get in touch, note down:
- What your business does and who your customers are
- The pages you need (Home, About, Services, Contact…)
- Any features: WhatsApp, payments, bookings, a blog
- Two or three websites you like, and why
- Your budget range and any deadline
That's enough for us to recommend the right package and give you a clear, written quote.
