Depending on the project, FreshVolt Tech may require an advance payment before beginning development.
For larger projects, payments may be divided into milestones.
Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed or outstanding.
Any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, domain fees, hosting charges, premium plugins, APIs, software licenses, or third-party service costs may be charged separately unless specifically included in the agreed quotation.

Estimated delivery dates are based on the agreed project scope and timely cooperation from the client.
Delivery timelines may change due to:

Additional work may require a revised quotation and timeline.
9. Third-Party Services
Some projects may use third-party services, platforms, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, hosting providers, email services, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or other external technologies.
Examples may include hosting providers, domain registrars, Google services, WhatsApp, payment providers, and software/API providers.
FreshVolt Tech does not guarantee the continuous availability, pricing, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
Third-party charges and policy changes may affect the project.
10. Domain and Hosting
Unless specifically included in a service package, domain registration and hosting are separate services and may involve additional charges.
The client is responsible for renewing domains, hosting plans, subscriptions, and third-party services registered in the client's name.
FreshVolt Tech is not responsible for expiration, suspension, deletion, or loss of a domain or hosting account caused by the client's failure to renew or maintain the service.

13. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FreshVolt Tech may display completed projects or selected work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.
If a client requires the project to remain confidential or not be displayed publicly, this should be agreed in writing before or during the project.
